Code of Ethics

As a tarot reader, I follow this Code of Ethics to ensure my clients' well-being, privacy and personal boundaries.

Purpose of the Reading

The main purpose of my readings is to promote self-care, healing and empowerment. I believe that we can choose the path we take in life by making the decisions we make. Tarot is a great way to gain a better understanding of ourselves and they can act as a guide to ensure that you are on the path you want to be on. The readings I conduct focus mainly on empowering the reader to make decisions in their life that will put them on the path they wish to be on. If you are looking for a predictive tarot reading, you may wish to reach out to a different style of tarot reader.

The Readings

I will read the cards to the best of my ability and conduct the reading with openness, honesty and compassion. If I cannot interpret the cards or require your assistance for further insight, I will let you know.

I will treat the client with compassion, sensitivity and respect. I will strive to ensure that the client receives the best possible guidance and positive direction to achieve their goals and the outcome they desire.

I will not give advice in areas that I am not qualified for. I am not a physician, psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor or any other professional service. If a client needs these services, I will encourage them to seek them from someone who is qualified.

My readings are non-judgemental. I will remain impartial and non-judgemental as possible. I welcome clients of all religions, cultures, sexual orientations, genders and spiritual paths.

Tarot readings are a great way to gain insight on your life or a difficult situation. However, it is up to the client to determine their future path. I am here as a guide and a helping hand. Clients always maintain free will and the responsibility of choosing their own path.

I will respect my clients' right to refuse or terminate the reading at any time, regardless of prior consent.

Client Confidentiality

I fully respect my clients' confidentiality. I acknowledge that I will be dealing with dealing with sensitive and private information and I will treat this information with the respect it deserves. I will store clients' information securely and only use this information for Tarot reading purposes, unless permission has been provided otherwise.

I will never share any details of the readings I do without my clients' express permission.

However, I am obliged to report to the authorities when a client intends to harm themselves or others, or when the client has committed a significant crime such as murder or rape.

Tarot is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counselling or any other type of therapy or medical advice. I cannot guarantee the outcome of reading efforts and/or recommendations on my website and my comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only. I cannot make any guarantees other than to deliver the services purchased as described. All my readings are intended for entertainment purposes only.

I will not be be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, any failure or performance, error, omission, denial of service, attack, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, or line or system failure; third party theft of, destruction of, unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of your information or property or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
